| The Wow! Awards recognize, honor, and celebrate Protech customers that have achieved outstanding growth and success through the implementation and use of CRM for Members. The 2008 award winners will be chosen by a panel of Protech executives based on nominations submitted by our customers. Customers are encouraged to nominate their organization for one or more of the following award categories using the Award Nomination Form. Award nomination forms are due to Protech no later than Friday, March 28, 2008. Award winners will be announced and honored during the Awards Ceremony at Protech’s Customer Conference. |

The Excellence in Member Service Award honors customers whose CRM for Members system helps them measurably improve the value and level of services delivered to members and/or staff. 2008 Winner: American Society of Agronomy |

The Fast Track Excellence Award recognizes customers that have achieved significant results within the first year of a CRM for Members implementation. 2008 Winners: Council of Independent Colleges American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine

The Excellence in Teamwork Award recognizes customers whose collaborative efforts in their organization, with Protech and Microsoft, or with their members have produced a result that would not have been achieved without the collaboration. 2008 Winners: Connecticut Business and Industry Association American Chemistry Council |

The Excellence in Innovation Award recognizes customers whose innovative use of technology in their association management system delivers measurable benefits to their organization. Candidates for this award are judged on creativity, vision, and the overall results and benefits of their implementation. 2008 Winner: International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium |

The Evangelism Award is presented to customers that have demonstrated a strong commitment to Protech's technology and services. These customers not only evangelize Protech's association management solutions, but are a source of continual feedback to Protech and take the time to engage with other customers or potential customers to share learning. 2008 Winner: North American Spine Society |

The Overall Excellence Award recognizes a customer that demonstrates extraordinary efforts in multiple Wow! Award categories. Note: The Overall Excellence Award recipient is chosen by Protech executives from nominations submitted in the other five (5) categories. 2008 Winner: International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans |
