 | Angela Lasky, Senior Account Manager
Angela has 22 years of experience in the IT field, with the majority of those years (12+) spent within the association market working with several leading AMS vendors. Her many years of experience in the association marketplace have given her the opportunity to make many valued relationships with various key individuals within the association industry. Angela’s varied background entails programming and design, networking, customer support, training, business analysis, account management, and project management. She has been involved in more than 100 system implementations, with many of them as Project Manager. Angela has had the unique opportunity to act as a Senior Project Manager on both the vendor side as well as the Lead Project Manager on the client side. This provides her with a deep understanding of the implementation experience from both vantage points. In addition, her association background has included managing an education and quality assurance department for 8 years. Angela has concurrent roles at Protech, as a Sr. Project Manager for several of our enterprise clients, as well as the manager of our Chicago Office. |
|  | Brenda Davis, Project Manager
Brenda received her MBA from the University of Baltimore with a specialization in leadership. She has been a key player on Protech’s team for over three years, and has a total of 11 years of experience working as a Project and Account Manager. At Protech, Brenda is responsible for identifying project milestones, coordinating meetings to support project progress, assigning and reviewing project tasks and providing documentation to clients to support formal acceptance of completed tasks. Brenda also utilizes her deep product knowledge combined with business analysis skills to manage custom enhancements projects within CRM for Members implementations, including specification definition/acceptance, development, quality assurance, client acceptance, and deployment. |
|  | Brian Bruffey, President and CEO
Brian has two decades of experience providing the association industry with first class business solutions. In his twenty years with Protech, Brian has helped bring Protech to the forefront of the elite group of companies dedicated to serving the needs of member-based organizations. His unwavering passion for excellence, combined with his understanding of the market, has helped Protech develop a diverse and loyal group of customers and partners. As Protech’s CEO, Brian provides the necessary leadership to innovate and is responsible for every aspect of the company’s performance. As a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Technology Committee, Brian continually strives to stay abreast of the ever-changing association community and plays an active role in the continued advancement of association technology. |
|  | Chad Ohman, Director of Corporate Strategic Technolgies
Chad’s role is to lead or assist in identifying, evaluating, and implementing technologies and business solutions throughout Protech to support the execution of strategic business initiatives. He is proficient in Protech CRM for Members, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server, and Office Systems. He holds a wealth of experience, having been a Microsoft Business Solutions (now Microsoft Dynamics) team member for 6 years, spending the last 3 years as an MBS CRM Technical Trainer. With11 years of IT related experience, Chad developed the Installation and Configuration curriculum for MSCRM Alpha, Beta, and Version 1.0 classroom training. He received the “MBS Innovation” award for developing and redefining the classroom training and demo experience which was later adopted throughout Microsoft Business Solutions. |
|  | Frank Bruffey, III, Chief Technology Officer
Frank has been developing applications for the non-profit sector for over twenty-four years. His experience started on Wang mini computers and 3GL code of the early 1980’s and spans to the .NET framework and SOA platforms of today. Frank’s current priority is to manage the development and testing for the Protech CRM for Members product suite. His day-to-day focus is to continually strive to provide Protech’s customers with the best products and solutions on today’s cutting edge technology. |
|  | Grant Costello, Solution Consultant
As a member of our implementation team, Grant utilizes a deep technical understanding of Protech CRM for Members to configure and set up our clients' systems. He also writes and trains clients on SQL Reporting Services (SRS) reports. Grant is proficient in C, C++, C#, and .NET programming languages. |
|  | Janet Lampert, Vice President
Janet’s experience in the technology industry runs deep and she brings to the table an incredible wealth of technological and leadership expertise. Before joining Protech, Janet worked for seventeen years as a senior leader at Great Plains (now part of Microsoft). During her tenure at Great Plains, she played a key role in growing the organization from a small start-up company to the accounting software giant that caught the attention of and was acquired by Microsoft. Janet was also a senior executive at Encore Business Solutions, where she gained valuable experience in the nonprofit community. Her leadership contributions propelled Encore to significant revenue growth, and the eventual adoption by Microsoft of Encore’s nonprofit accounting solutions. At Protech, Janet is responsible for directly managing all of Protech’s sales and marketing activities. She leads Protech’s Fargo, ND, team, with offices located just across the street from the Fargo-based Microsoft Dynamics (Microsoft Business Solutions) team, facilitating effective collaboration with Microsoft and helping to cultivate our valuable relationship. Janet is a member of Microsoft’s Partner Advisory Council (PAC), and actively participates in the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Industry Partner Alliance (IPA). |
|  | Jason Schnur, Account Executive Over the past eight years, Jason has worked with non-profit organizations to help them increase staff efficiency and improve member service by presenting technology solutions to fulfill business requirements. Jason is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and actively participates in the Technology Services Committee. His main responsibilities at Protech are to develop relationships within the non-profit community by advising potential customers and ensuring that Protech customers receive long term value from their investment. |
|  | Jennifer Parisien, Manager of Accounting Services
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Minnesota State University. Her primary responsibilities at Protech include active involvement on implementation teams as well as training clients the full solution, from core financials to membership dues billing. She possesses a wealth of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GP implementation experience in the public sector and non-profit industries, working closely with the accounting, information systems, and technology departments. Jennifer is particularly knowledgeable in and is Protech’s primary resource for Microsoft Dynamics GP. |
|  | Justin Rossello, Sales Engineer
Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from UMBC. Since joining Protech’s team, Justin has worked closely with project managers and other solution consultants, carefully analyzing our clients’ business practices and determining how CRM for Members can be configured to further maximize the functionality of the software. Justin’s deep knowledge of finance and accounting has greatly contributed to his success as part of the implementation team. While working on the implementation team, Justin is transitioning to a role on the Sales team, providing deep technical and product expertise to most accurately assess the solution needs of prospective CRM for Members clients. |
|  | Lillye Crocker-Smith, Senior Solution Consultant
Lillye earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Performance from San Jose State University. Since she joined Protech nearly four years ago, she has earned a Microsoft Certification in CRM and has participated in over a dozen implementations. Lillye has used her knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CRM for Members to create custom security roles and assist in system configuration, testing, documentation, user training, and developing specifications for reports and system logic. |
|  | Mary Ann Parks, Chief Learning Officer
Over the past seventeen years since joining Protech, Mary Ann has participated in more than one hundred association software implementations, with roles ranging from Lead Project Manager to Lead Accounting Implementation Manager, to Lead Trainer. She participates in various departments within Protech: Operations, Sales, and Development. Mary Ann is an accountant by trade and has prior experience as the Controller for an educational association and as a staff accountant for a local CPA firm. She has earned several Microsoft Certifications including Customer Relationship Management and Great Plains Financials.

In more than fifteen years at Protech, Maura has become an expert in implementing database solutions for trade and professional associations, having been actively involved in over one hundred implementations. Her primary responsibilities include providing support and guidance to project managers, implementation specialists, and Protech’s sales team, along with customer support, new customer Discoveries, and case management. She is also responsible for system testing, documentation, and implementation preparation, and developing specifications for reports and system logic. |
|  | Reza Alirezaei, Principal Architect
Reza Alirezaei (MOSS 2007 MVP and MCTS) is a Principal Architect with Protech. As a technical leader with over 8 years experience, he has helped many development teams architect and build large-scale mission critical applications.Reza has been focused on Collaboration, Knowledge Management, Business Process Management and SharePoint since its Tahoe days (2001). In addition to consulting, Reza is a SharePoint speaker,instructor and blogger.He frequently speaks on a variety of SharePoint related topics at local user group meetings and industry events.Former SQL Server Reporting Services MVP was also appointed Microsoft Office SharePoint Server MVP due to his commitment to the technical community. Reza has been awarded twice as the Top 20 contributors to the Microsoft Developer Network. |

In eighteen years at Protech, Rob has worked closely with several hundred associations, his roles ranging from Trainer to Project Manager and Implementation Specialist. He has performed hundreds of product demonstrations to prospective clients and has played a major role in helping Protech significantly accelerate its client growth over the last two years. Rob now serves as an expert resource to the sales team and is responsible for managing the promotion and sales of Protech CRM for Members to the association community. |
|  | Robin Wilkinson, Project Manager
Over the past seven years, Robin has participated in more than 50 association software implementations, with roles ranging from Lead Trainer to Lead Project Manager. She has played a crucial role in helping Protech successfully transition its business from providing a proprietary software application to implementing CRM for Members, a fully integrated .NET application suite. Additionally, Robin participated in the development of CRM for Members Web Portal and is actively involved in implementing the product at client sites. |

With over a decade of experience selling complex association management software, Will possesses a deep understanding of the multifaceted needs of associations. In two years at Protech, he has been instrumental in helping association executives through the decision-making and purchasing process, and providing associations with a clear understanding of Protech’s products and services. |
